Aloha Everyone,
I have been working on our rebuttal to USCIS for 10 days straight and last night I finally finished it! It will be going out Fed Ex today and hopefully be there by Friday!!! I can't believe it. The 4 other families and some others that have been through the same sort of awful ordeal we are going through lended a helping hand on writing, formating, etc to my document, so I really want to thank them all I could not of done it without you ALL!
So there are 5 families total that are about to submit their RFEs. We are all being asked the same question from USCIS, I feel really good about the evidence that we collected in favor of our cases. Now, we just want our answer! We are supposed to have conference call with USCIS this week to get some answers on what sort of time frame we can expect. Let's hope it is soon!!!!!!!!

I hope you have swift resolution so you can get that cutie home! Great that you are one step closer. It is awesome for the other families to help with the rebuttal. I know good things will be coming your way. You have been such a trooper through all of this....it is just a matter of time:)
It's way past time for you to have the official approval you need. Fantastic job, you all deserve relief from this...I expect good news. Love and support from afar!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gosh he's so darn cute, loved the video with all the cute Kian faces, it was so adorable!!

Congratulations for finishing your rebuttal! Sounds like it was a real bitch. Keep up the fight...I'm glad there are other families able to help you through this ordeal. I hope you hear some good news on the timeframe. I look forward to pictures of your reunion with Kian!! Soon, right??
