So the evidence in our case has been gathered and now we are just waiting for the translations to be finished. We feel very good about the evidence we have and are now very anxious to write our rebuttal and submit it to USCIS. Once we submit we are hoping within 3-4 weeks to have our answer.
I am anticipating leaving to go get Kian by no later that the first week of November. So I am getting very excited that I only have about 3 1/2 weeks until we are reunited with our baby boy and hopefully soon bring him back home for good!
