Kian loves to make funny faces! This is his favorite if you make it back to him he will do it all day long, non stop! I can't look at this picture without laughing and I thought with all the drama on our blog we could all use a good laugh! So for an update. Tonight we have been invited to Dr. Hongs for dinner, to see where Kian will live for the next 6 weeks. I am very excited about this. Tomorrow I go have my 2nd meeting with VILAF the law firm handling Kians case to get the ball rolling. So we are actually getting somewhere. We just heard good news that some of the other RFE families that did what we are going to do in our investigation have just gotten approval......so that means it can be done and I am confident that we will get approved also...it will just take time. So we keep plugging away! Persistance will pay off for us I JUST KNOW it. Either that or USCIS will be so sick of me they will approve us just to get rid of me......in my dreams!!!!!!!!!! So in the mean time we will keep everyone up to date on what is going on and keep thinking positive thoughts!

Love those cheeks! He looks so much like Casey in this pic.....I'll have to send you some updated photos. Keep banging on those USCIS doors and stay positive!
Take care,
Erin
What a face!!! Baby Kian looks happier and happier every time you post new pictures of him. We miss you and can't wait until you come home.

I swear this boy looks more and more like Rocky each day. Keep harasing USCIC, whatever it takes to make you guys a family. I agree, if it takes them giving an approval to get rid of you, so be it, whatever it takes I say. I love the pictures. I can't wait until you all get to go home and move to Oregon, hey at least I can drive there!!!
Love you guys
Auntie Stephanie
Look at that face! You all look so happy! Stay strong and can't wait to see all three of you back in the states. I can't stop laughing at the funny face he makes!
