Mason is coming home. For those of you that don't know Tiffany and Derek, they have the SAME case as us just a different hospital. They were asked exactly the same thing as we were asked to answer in our RFE. They learned what not to do from watching the early cases like ours and went about things differently (more thoroughly having seen what NOT to do) Well.....The got their approval TODAY!
We are currently using the same law firm as them and following the method they took to get their evidence and we feel we can get the same strong evidence in our case. There are now 4 more families with the same RFE case as ours and we feel confident that ALL the babies are going to come home soon! I leave in 4 weeks to return to get Kian and WE FEEL WE ARE GOING TO BRING HIM HOME THIS TRIP!

Hoping that your RFE is overturned and you will be returning home with Kian.

I am so glad I was able to catch up on your situation. You have had a lot going on and it looks like more to come. No problem for the Hanes' though!
