Ok so this should be the theme of our dealings with USCIS! Today we did receive our 2nd RFE and tomorrow we go to see the lawyers on how to deal with getting our evidence! So here we go again. At least we know what we are looking for now. Today we also are going to look at apartments here in Hanoi and so hopefully we will have a home away from home instead of a hotel room. Today we also went to an English book store and met a very nice older Austrailian gentleman, Rob (he and his Vietnamese son own the Bookworm) they were very supportive and told me to keep in contact with them, if I needed any info on Hanoi. Contacts are slowly trickling in and I am getting emails from other families that are coming into Hanoi one by one! See we are not the only crazy people ;) So lets hope we get our evidence submitted and we can ALL come home soon! Again thanks for all the support that has been pouring in from everyone during this difficult time! It really helps!

what further evidence could these people need. I believe you have submitted everything under the sun. Why would they just not be happy that this child has a loving family willing to raise and love him and not just leave him to rot in an orphanage. They should be over joyed you want this baby, not fighting you tooth and nail. Still hoping for the best for you guys. I would like to see you all go home together. Who knows what my brother will do if he has to go alone.
