So we just found out that we ARE going to get another RFE. Which means more months of limbo and investigations. This news is devastating to us. We have to figure out how we are going to deal with this and how to not let it tear our family apart. Unforunatly, it means that Rocky will have to leave VN and I will have to stay here with baby. I think USCIS and the US government doesn't care at all about families or babies. So please send positive thoughts our way! We can use all the help we can get!

WTF! How can you not bring that baby home. If you have adopted him according to VN law how can anyone tell you that he can not leave! March your behinds to that so called agency you went through and show that woman how we do things the "HANES WAY". These people have lost their minds! That boy his coming home one way or another. No one is going to tear your family apart! Love you guys, you are in my thoughts daily. Be safe Kim, I worry about you being there alone with the baby. Hurry and get things straight so you can all be together again.
We are sending you guys many alohas and positive energies, just remember good triumphs over evil! It may not have come easy but you guys have done so much and you now ARE a family and no one can deny you that. It's just the physical/geographical hurdle left to solve. Chin Up!
I just really, really do not understand this new tactic of issuing multiple RFEs and NOIDs in succession. We are so sorry to hear this. Keep fighting the good fight and making a lot of noise. These open ended delay tactics are inhumane and not good for promoting "family values." Be sure to remind your elected officials what good, productive, tax paying and VOTING citizens you are.
