So I have had to postpone my flight day after day because my passport and Vietnamese visa had not gotten here in time but finally they got here and I will be leaving to get Kian! Can't wait to see him. Let's hope my visit to Vietnam is short and sweet this time and we get to come home soon. The 30th day of our RFE determination falls on the 26th of November, it would be great if we got to come home around Thanksgiving.
The 28th of November is our 1 year anniversary of getting Kians referral; let's hope we get to spend it in Hawaii. Something in this adoption has to go right for us sometime!?! Right? Now would be a great time!

Hello from Hanoi!! Please let me know when you will be here so hopefully we can meet! We had our G&R on Wednesday (11/5) and have been getting to know Kai since then. We may be on our way back home as early as next Wednesday....which we wouldn't mind at all!
Have safe travels. I know you can't wait to see Kian and hold him again. Hopefully you will be on your way home by Thanksgiving. Wouldn't it be great to finally have something positive!

We also received and RFE and we are in Hanoi right now. We have our little girl's visa in hand and will be coming home soon. Your time is coming so hang in there! Fingers crossed for a speedy approval. Have a wonderful trip.
Have a safe trip, and bring lots of lip balm b/c your lips will get chapped from all the smooches you're going to give to your boy! This visa purgatory will end soon, I'm sure of it! We are thinking of you lots.
